Amazing briefcase

I bought the briefcase for my husband for his birthday. It is a huge upgrade from his last one. It is great quality and not too flashy/fancy. He loves it. The only recommendation I would have is to have a tougher bottom so there’s more support for heavy books and cushion for the laptop. If you set it down on something too hard, there’s not much protecting it.

It was a gift

The service was fine. The briefcase was a gift for someone else so I don’t know how pleased they are with it.
