Great Bag

Customer service is amazing!First bag I rec'd was the wrong one but Bostanten was great to fix the problem right away and send me the correct one! The bag is exactly as the described. The zippers were a little hard to open at first but after two weeks of using this bag the zippers all work great now. When I need a new one this is where I will be purchasing it!

Nice bag

This bag has almost everything I was looking for. Sewn-down zippers, lots of compartments, light-colored lining. The only thing missing is, the lining isn’t sewn or stuck down. This is a trend with most purses these days. The lining bunches up. If you have your phone in a silicone case, it sticks to the lining. Also, the bag could be a tad bigger for my taste. Otherwise, it’s a nice bag. It came beautifully packaged and is exactly as depicted.
